What format are the photos in?
 All PICS Daily Life Stock Photo Images photos are in JPG format.Uncompressed format (TIFF) can be ordered in case included in photo quality description.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
 Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. Together with our partnerships we sell over 400.000 images.

 Yes, PICS Daily Life Stock Photo Images is registered to represent other photographers. Just contact us by registering via this site.

Do you offer refunds for digital downloads?
 Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

 No, you get full access to the subscription images on this site and within the balance of downloads you have purchased. These images are tagged with "subscription image" and do not include pictures of our partner photographers (see list of partner photograhers).

 On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated.
